Welcome

Membership of the University of the Third Age is available to anyone who is retired from full time employment. It is a self-help organisation that enhances the quality of life of its members through participation in a wide range of activities. Hertford & District U3A has about 1,000 members. The group is affiliated to the Third Age Trust.
Meetings are held on a Thursday once a month in the Castle Hall, The Wash, Hertford, starting at 1400.
However most activities take place in interest groups run by members. Only paid up members of the U3A may be members of a group.
